eSIM Booking is a prepaid eSIM vendor providing embedded SIM cards for compatible devices. Our services include the sale and activation of eSIM cards along with customer support related to these eSIMs.
Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. By using our website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Account Information
To use certain features of our website, you need to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Pricing and Payment
The prices of our eSIM cards and services are clearly stated on our website. Payment is required before the delivery or activation of the eSIM card. We accept various payment methods, and all transactions are processed securely.
Delivery
After payment confirmation, we aim to deliver eSIM cards promptly. Delivery times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as shipping carriers or customs.
Device Compatibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their device is eSIM compatible and network unlocked. Device compatibility may depend on the carrier and country, and customers should check the list of eSIM compatible devices provided at the time of purchase. By ticking the box confirming your device is eSIM compatible, you are accountable for the accuracy of the information provided. The eSIM compatibility list may not be exhaustive, meaning newly announced eSIM compatible devices may not yet be listed.
Refund and Return Policy
Customers are entitled to request a refund or replacement of the eSIM if they are unable to load and use the eSIM due to a technical issue attributable to eSIM Booking.
8.1 Refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the purchase date and are valid if the issue cannot be resolved despite substantial collaboration.
8.2 For a refund to be granted, the customer must collaborate promptly to resolve the issue.
8.3 Each data package has its own validity period. No refunds will be given for remaining data after the validity period has expired.
8.4 Compensation: No compensation or refund will be provided for alternative phones, alternative SIM cards, alternative providers, hotel phones, or other expenses not directly related to your eSIM Booking account. (Refer to section 7. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY in our Terms and Conditions)
8.5 Fraudulent purchases: eSIM Booking reserves the right to withhold any refund if any fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of our Terms and Conditions is detected in connection with the use of eSIM Booking products and services.
8.6 Unauthorized purchases: Refunds will be processed after investigating and confirming the situation. eSIM Booking reserves the right to suspend any account associated with fraudulent activity.
8.7 Accidental purchases: Once customers have installed the eSIM, it will be considered used. No refund will be provided.
8.8 Incorrect charges: If the customer reasonably and in good faith disputes any invoice or part thereof, they must notify eSIM Booking within twelve (12) days of receipt of the invoice, stating why the invoice is incorrect and how much they believe is due. (Details provided in section 4.2 USAGE FEES under Terms and Conditions)
8.9 Other Reasons: For refund requests not falling under the above categories, the request will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, a processing fee may apply. The maximum refund amount the customer can request shall equal or be less than the total amount they paid.

Intellectual Property
